Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Limitation of liability. Alpha Omega Kustoms is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from the misuse of our holsters. You are responsible for gun safety and gun retention. Because we have no control over how our products are used, or by whom, after purchase, we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to persons or property resulting from use of our products. Not all carry methods are appropriate for all shooters — before you wear any holster, seek guidance from an accredited, reputable, certified instructor on proper placement, which depends on your experience level, intended use, and body type. You alone are responsible for your choice of carry method, the holster's placement, and any risks associated with that choice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
