Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.alphaomegakustoms.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Alpha Omega Kustoms ("Alpha Omega Kustoms," "we," "us," or "our"), a small business based in Central Texas. Alpha Omega Kustoms manufactures custom Kydex holsters, magazine carriers, duty gear, and related accessories.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed and confirmed. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 Product Use & Safety

Important safety notice A holster is a safety device that must fit your specific firearm properly. Always follow the four basic firearm safety rules and inspect any holster for proper fit and retention before carrying with a loaded firearm.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying that your holster fits your firearm correctly before carrying or using it, and for periodically re-inspecting fit and retention over time.
  • Our products are not sold as, and should not be relied upon as, a substitute for proper firearm training, safe handling practices, or your own judgment.
  • You must be legally permitted to purchase, own, and carry firearms and firearm accessories in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Alpha Omega Kustoms does not sell firearms, ammunition, or any item requiring an FFL. Our products are holsters and accessories only.

Limited warranty. We offer a 2-year warranty on our holsters against defects that arise outside of normal wear and tear. If your holster breaks under normal everyday-carry or duty use, let us know and we'll make it right. This warranty does not cover custom print orders (see Section 7), and does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or abuse beyond ordinary wear. If your holster is more than 2 years old, reach out anyway — as a returning customer we're often able to work something out.

Disclaimer. Except for the limited warranty above, our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.
