I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and that you gave us a 3-star review. If you had reached out to us earlier, we would have gladly covered the return shipping to fix or replace the holster within 48 hours. I completely understand that sometimes new molds can have slight variances. However, since a heat gun was used, the warranty unfortunately is voided.
We take customer service seriously, and I’ve been happy to assist you personally on Facebook Messenger when you had questions about the GTO molding. We even reached out promptly with the invoice before the mold was listed publicly. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I do want to note, though, that since the warranty was voided by the modification, we won’t be able to offer a replacement under warranty.
